These Terms govern your use of this website and your booking of services with Studio 1 Hair Salon LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or requesting an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We provide salon and hair services from our location in Downtown Murrieta, California. Descriptions and prices shown on this website are general information. Your final service plan and price are confirmed with you in person at your consultation, because they depend on your hair, the service, and the time and products involved.

2. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

• We ask that you give us at least [cancellation notice, for example 24 hours] notice to cancel or reschedule.
• A cancellation with less than that notice, or a missed appointment (no-show), may be subject to a fee of [no-show fee or policy, for example a set amount or a percentage of the booked service].
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit to book future appointments.

3. Pricing

Prices listed on this website are starting points and estimates. The final price is set at your in-person consultation before any service begins. We will always tell you the price before we start.

4. Results Are Not Guaranteed

Hair services are personal and depend on many factors, including your hair's condition and history and how it responds to products. We take care and use professional judgment, but we cannot and do not guarantee a specific result. Photos and examples on this website show past work and are not a promise of the same outcome for you.

5. Booking a Consultation: What You Acknowledge

By booking an in-person consultation or service with Studio 1 Hair Salon LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following. This is your acknowledgment, not a release of any legal right:

• Inherent risks. Hair and scalp services carry ordinary risks, including sensitivity or irritation of the skin or scalp and, in some cases, an allergic or adverse reaction to products.
• Your duty to disclose. You agree to tell us, before service, about any allergies, sensitivities, medications, prior reactions to hair or skin products, and any scalp or skin conditions. This information helps us serve you safely, and it is collected in person, not through this website.
• Patch test. For color and chemical services, we may recommend a patch test. You understand that choosing to skip a recommended patch test is your decision and is done at your own risk.
• Consent to service and ordinary risk. You consent to the services you request and understand they carry the ordinary risks described above.
• Results. You understand that results are not guaranteed, as stated in Section 4.
• Cancellation. You acknowledge our cancellation and no-show policy in Section 2.

Photo and media consent is separate and optional. We will never treat your booking as permission to photograph you or use your image. If we would like to take before-and-after or promotional photos, we will ask you separately, and you are free to say no with no effect on your service.

6. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing here prevents either of us from using small-claims court where available.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation for Website Use

This website is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for use of the website itself. This section is about the website. It does not limit anything about the in-person services, which are governed by California law and by what you sign in person.

8. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, images, and logos, belongs to or is licensed by Studio 1 Hair Salon LLC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
